I have the latest V13 build CPS and with mogotrbo firmware radios, all is good. Here are some checks to carry out: I’ve not seen that mototrbo usb before. When was the repeater installed? Is there anything we can check in the radio before we discard them? One of the biggest problems I see with our technicians talking to the mototrbo radios is having two network adapters enabled at the same time.
